Integrated intumescent material completely seals the downlight and cut-out in the event of a fire. Reduced recess depth for shallow ceiling voids. Not for use with dichroic halogen (cool beam) lamps. Tested in 30, 60 & 90 minute fire rated ceilings. Tested to BS476 Part 21. BS EN ISO 10140-2: 2010 & BS EN ISO 10140-3: 2010 + A1: 2015 (acoustics) confirming that they maintain the ability for an internal or separating floor to provide sound insulation. Optional MR16 lampholder (AU-0501F) available for flexibility of lamp choice.

Short Description

Fixed GU10 Compact Fire Rated Downlight with an integrated intumescent material that completely seals the downlight and cut-out in the event of a fire. Downlight has been tested in 30,60 and 90 minute fire rated ceilings. Reduced recess depth in order to be suitable for shallow ceiling voids. Cast aluminium and pressed steel body. Available in a number of different finish colours, White, Polished Chrome and Satin Nickel. IP20 rated downlight. Not for use with dichroic halogen lamps. Lamp not included.
